Fining Ltd. Gracanica
General Representative of Demag Cranes & Components
Fining d.o.o. Gračanica is the representative of the world’s largest industrial crane company – the German Demag Cranes & Components.
We offer newly manufactured cranes of our own production as well as crane equipment.
We also provide newly manufactured electric and hydraulic cargo platforms of our own production.
In addition, our range includes concrete recycling equipment – recyclers, developed and produced in-house.
We supply refurbished cranes from all German manufacturers such as Demag, Abus, Stahl, SWF, and many others.
We also provide crane equipment, spare parts, repairs, servicing, maintenance, overhauls, and modernization of cranes from all manufacturers and production years.

Overhead Cranes
Overhead cranes are installed in facilities where large quantities of heavy loads need to be handled. By installing an overhead crane, the floor space remains free for the company’s primary operations, eliminating the need for wide transport routes required when using forklifts.
The overhead crane covers the entire space above which it is installed and can access every part of the hall regardless of how cluttered the floor may be.
Single-girder cranes are characterized by a more economical construction compared to double-girder cranes and are used for lifting medium loads across large spans.
Double-girder cranes, with their rigid and robust structure, are designed for lifting heavier loads over large spans.

Gantry Cranes
They are ideal for outdoor applications, where they transfer loads, without the costs of building and supporting steel girders. They are also excellent for indoor applications where the existing hall structure is not suitable for the loads that an overhead crane must bear, and where the addition of steel girders would cause a reduction in floor working space.

Semi-Gantry Cranes
They are ideal for outdoor applications, where they transport loads without the costs of constructing buildings or steel support structures. They are also excellent for indoor use when the existing hall structure is not suitable for the loads that an overhead crane would impose, and where adding steel supports would reduce available floor space.

KBK Cranes
Demag KBK cranes have been successfully in use for many years and can be found in factories and workshops of almost every type and size. We present KBK as a modular crane construction system: it consists of standard components (bridges, runways, trolleys, hoists, power supply, etc.), whose combinations make it possible to handle both simple and complex lifting and transport tasks of unit loads.
Load handling with KBK cranes is fast, safe, and efficient above the working and production level — without the need for using floor space for crane runway supports. The KBK system is easily attached to the roof or roof structure elements, thereby increasing workplace productivity. With additional system elements, it is possible to handle loads even outside the crane runway area, something that is otherwise not achievable with conventional cranes.
KBK Modular Construction System
KBK installations are suitable for linear transport operations (monorail) or, like conventional cranes, for covering entire areas. They are used across all branches of industry and production. They can be built for capacities of up to 3,200 kg and with spans of any length, without limitation.
Robust Construction and Flexibility
Composed of many standard components, the technical solutions of the KBK modular system can be adapted to meet individual and specific requirements. The main components are cold-rolled profiles of various sizes, characterized by high rigidity and strength combined with low weight. This design allows for easy and cost-effective upgrades or modifications of KBK installations in case of production development.
Easy Installation, Reliability, and Efficiency
The key advantage of the KBK modular system is simple and quick installation thanks to standardized dimensions and connections. Commissioning is straightforward, and maintenance tasks are performed quickly. Made from standardized, mass-produced components, KBK systems provide:
- optimal cost-performance ratio
- high functional reliability
- long service life
Suspended Overhead Cranes
Suspended overhead cranes are characterized by an economical design and use the roof structure for mounting the crane runways.
Used for lifting medium and small loads over medium spans of the hall. By installing frequency converters or two-speed motors, they can be used both for efficient handling of large quantities of goods and for precise assembly and placement of workpieces onto machine tools.

Jib Cranes
Jib cranes are installed in areas where it is necessary to handle large quantities of materials with high individual weight, within a space limited by the jib arm’s reach and the slewing angle (e.g., above a single machine).
By installing a jib crane, the floor remains free for the company’s primary activities, eliminating the need for wide transport routes required for forklifts.
Jib cranes are more economical than overhead cranes, but their limitation is that they can only be used in restricted areas. They can utilize existing columns or walls to support the jib arm, or they can be mounted on their own column. Jib cranes are used for lifting medium and small loads in specific areas.
With the addition of frequency converters or two-speed motors, they can handle both the efficient transfer of large quantities of goods and precise assembly operations.

Monorail Cranes
Monorail cranes are installed in areas where large quantities of materials with high individual weight need to be handled along a precisely defined path (e.g., above a machine line). By installing a monorail crane, the floor space remains free for the company’s core operations, and wide transport routes—such as those required when using forklifts for material handling—are no longer necessary.
Monorail cranes are more economical than overhead cranes but are limited to use along a fixed route. They use the roof structure for mounting the carrying profile. Monorail cranes are used for lifting medium and small loads along a straight path or a curved line.

Crane Lifting Accessories
Hooks
We design, manufacture, deliver, install, and service crane hooks of all types, sizes, and applications.
Spreader Beams
We design, manufacture, deliver, and install spreader beams for lifting loads of all kinds, sizes, and applications.
Magnets
Manually operated permanent magnets are the most practical and safest method for lifting processed or raw, flat or round ferromagnetic materials. They hold loads by permanent magnetic force without requiring an external power source.
Available in five models, with capacities from 250 to 2000 kg, they are lightweight, easy to handle, and ensure increased efficiency and productivity even in confined spaces or with limited crane reach. Magnetizing and demagnetizing are performed by simply turning a handle from one end position to the other.
Advantages of Permanent Magnets
- compact dimensions and low weight
- high strength and complete operational safety
- top-side load handling without any damage or deformation
- no maintenance required
Magnetic Spreaders are used for transporting sheets and profiles of various lengths and dimensions. Equipped with electro-permanent magnets, which consume electricity only during activation and deactivation of the magnetic field.
Besides significant energy savings, electro-permanent magnets are characterized by high operational safety, reliability, and durability. Even in the case of a sudden power failure during operation, load safety remains unaffected.
Key Advantages:
- no continuous external power supply required (unlike classical electromagnets)
- energy autonomous during load transport, ensuring safety
- no interference with surrounding equipment (no feedback into the power grid during load release)
FINING d.o.o. also supplies special versions of electromagnetic devices for transporting and lifting heavy solid steel loads as well as bulk steel materials.
C - Hooks
We design, manufacture, deliver, and install C-hooks for overhead cranes of all sizes, capacities, and applications.
Grabs (Clamshell Buckets)
Our production program includes all types of mechanical rope grabs or hydraulic grabs designed for double-rope or four-rope port and overhead cranes.
The design and materials used ensure a high filling degree and safe operation with minimal maintenance, whether unloading from ships, wagons, or open storage.
Grippers, Chains, and Slings
We supply and install grippers, chains, and slings tailored for handling all types of loads with cranes.
